Officially launched by Mr Lee Yi Shyan, Singapore’s Minister of State for Trade and Industry, this “Technological Wonderland” showcases the technologies developed by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star). The gallery features both upstream and downstream innovations.
We created themed areas that integrate the cutting edge technologies into futuristic everyday environments in order to showcase their benefits to us as individuals. Each space acts as a “Lifestyle backdrop” where visitors can interact with both virtual avatar guides and in some cases the technologies themselves – from nanotechnology to robotics. As well as industry professionals, the gallery also serves as an educational platform to inspire students about the future of science and technology in Singapore.
